What is the Stumbling Grape?

The short answer is a group of people who enjoy wine and want to share our experiences with you. Unless drinking wine makes you an expert, we can’t call ourselves one. What we are is a fun group of people who want to make it easier for you to enjoy wine, just like us. We may have more knowledge than the average wine drinker but it’s only because this is what we do, drink wine.

What Will We Write About?

Anything wine related. Yes, that’s broad but it’s the truth. A handful of years ago I went with friends and family to a winery in Pennsylvania and have been hooked ever since. I needed more and noticed I wasn’t alone in my quest to visit more wineries, they are everywhere and I want to visit them.

While wineries and vineyards may have inspired the creation of the Stumbling Grape, it’s not the only topic we’re going to cover. Here a few others we will be writing about:

-       Every wine we taste

-       Any restaurant we try wine at

-       Any store that sells wine and their selection

-       Any specials

-       Wine Trails

-       Wine Destinations

-       Wine Glasses

-       Wine & Cheese Pairings

-       And the list goes on….

Anything we come across that is wine related, we will write about it!

It’s important to remember we are people too and have our own opinions. Our opinions don’t reflect the opinions of everyone and in some cases, may not even reflect the opinion of the other members of the Stumbling Grape Community. One person may love a certain wine while the other writers may not agree. It’s just our opinion and we encourage you try everything yourself!
